About Our Delivery Service
We work closely with our couriers UK Mail, TNT, DHL, Tufnell’s etc which allows us to offer extremely competitive pricing structures and a fantastic delivery service. We can offer this service on most items we sell, items that exceed either the weight/size limit or are restricted items will have to be collected. If items are collection only it will be clearly stated. Each auction will have a designated delivery despatch date. We have our designated delivery vehicle that collects all our parcels and take them straight to the required delivery depo. This dramatically reduces the chances of parcels getting either lost or damaged, also meaning we can offer 1- 2 day delivery time once collected. The courier will contact you via email or text informing you of your delivery time slot. The courier will attempt delivery two times, if they are not successful your parcel will be held at your local depot for 5 days where you will have to arrange collection.

2kg Medium Bag – £6
Bag Dimensions – L 42cm x W 30cm.
Items must fit in this bag and be under 2kg so qualify for this service.
Additional cover of £100 available for £1. (£20 Standard)

5kg Large Bag – £7.50
Bag Dimensions – L 49cm x W 40cm.
Items must fit in this bag and be under 5kg so qualify for this service.
Additional cover of £100 available for £1. (£20 Standard)

Large Parcel – £10
Max Single Side Length – 130cm
Two side cant be over 80cm.
Volumetric Weight – 30kg
Volumetric weight is worked out by Length x Width x Height divided by 4500 e.g. 50cm x 50cm x
30cm = 75,000 divided by 4500 = 16.66kg
There is an additional charge of 50p per kg over 30kg on this service.

These prices and delivery times only apply to mainland UK addresses, additional charges will apply to
restricted postcodes.
Multiple Lots for Delivery
We will always endeavour to make the delivery cost as low as possible for our buyers. If you buy multiple lots from an auction and would want them delivered to the same address our team can pack multiple lots together to reduce your delivery charges where possible. Pallet delivery may be cheaper for some buyers.
Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
All items we send are fully tacked and signed for. We offer £20 cover on our 2kg bag and £100 cover on all other parcels for no additional charge. This cover is for items that are lost in transit only, we do not cover items being damaged in transit. If items do get lost in transit, contact us and we will contact our courier where they will investigate the matter further. We work with a 97% delivery completion rate, so this is a rare occurrence.
Payment
Items will not be sent out until we have received full payment. Items will not be sent out if payment has not been received before the start of the advertised delivery date, meaning they will be sent out on the next delivery day. Storage charges may apply. Delivery charges will be broken down and be added to your invoice for the items you have purchased.
Delivery Address
All delivers will be sent to the registered address on your account, if you want the items sent to a different address that is fine, but this must be clearly stated before items are sent.
Delivery With Off Site Auctions
On occasion certain auctions/lots are not on site, this will result in an extended delivery times. This is because items must first be delivered to our premises before they are available for delivery or items may be shipped from their premises. Some auctions will have additional terms and conditions which will be clearly stated.
