Our Most
You can view all our live auctions on our auctions page on our website and by finding
Kingsland Auctions on I-bidder, if no auctions are showing this will be because we currently do not have any auctions live.
Every auction will have a start date and time and an end date and time that will be clearly stated in auction details.
We try to give you a small description of what lots can be found in each sale in the auction details.
We aim to give you the best understanding of each lot being auctioned through detailed descriptions and pictures, so you have full confidence of what you are buying.
On rare occasions we may hold online auctions on behalf of businesses on their own
premises, this will be clearly stated if this is the case.
We usually stagger the finishing lot times on each auction e.g. each lot may finish 30 seconds apart this will vary from auction to auction.
To be able to bid in any of our online auctions you must be registered and have an account.
One way to bid, simply enter your maximum bid on the lot and click the bid button.
The system will then do all the work for you by placing the next minimum bid increment on your behalf until the lot finishes and you are the winning bidder or your maximum bid is exceeded.
Second way to bid, simply enter the next bid increment and click on the bid button, your maximum bid may be exceeded immediately due to another bidder placing a higher maximum bid.
Bids can be placed on a lot right up to the closing time.
We usually stagger the finishing lot times on each auction e.g., each lot may finish 30 seconds apart this will vary from auction to auction.
Bidding extension, if you bid within the final 30 seconds of the lot finishing the lot end time will automatically be extended by another 30 seconds. The extension time may vary from auction to auction.
On top of the final hammer price there will be auctions charges that you will be to take into consideration.
Buyer’s Premium – This is added on top of the hammer price on every lot, this will be a percentage of the hammer price and can vary from auction to auction (will be clearly stated)
Buyer’s premium is subject to VAT (20%) – VAT (20%) – Majority of lots will be plus VAT (will be clearly stated if lot is or is not plus VAT)
View our fee calculator that gives you a breakdown of all the costs of buying in one of our online auctions.

The second email will be a payment request where you will need to click the link which will take you to payment page so you can pay for the lot/lots you won.
